CLUB FOOT
Club foot is a common congenital malformation which is easily corrected with repeated manipulations and plaster of Paris if the treatment is started immediately after birth. Unfortunately very few are aware of this fact, and the only cases we see early are the children born in our maternity. All other patients come late, and have to undergo surgical correction with following plaster applications in intervals until the patient starts to stand and walk.
