EXVISCERATION
In case of a neglected transverse presentation and IUFD when decapitation it is not technical possible an exvisceration is the option. The thorax or abdomen is perforated and all the internal organs are removed manually. The body collapses and an internal version can be done without the risk of rupturing the uterus. The version is followed by extraction on one or two feet.
