TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT
Technical department has all over responsibility for the infrastructure and equipment in the hospital. It is staffed by 10 persons, all without formal training. However I am always amazed and profoundly impressed what they can accomplish with the extremely limited recourses they have at their disposal. They repair cars, water leaks, electric installations, medical equipment and supply the hospital with electricity and water.
