BONE TUMORS
Tumors of the bones are either benign or malign. Many bone tumors are benign in that sense that they do not metastasize and spread to other parts of the body, but they recur if not removed radically (completely).
Benign tumors like this exostosis are usually easily removed without any problems

Malign tumors have to be removed completely if the life of the patient is to be saved. Often however the patients come late, and most often an amputation has to be done to save the patient’s life.
